Hong Kong Trip Part 2

Day 4

DISNEYLAND!!!!!!

Before going off for our breakfast at nearby 茶餐厅.. See my ge is styling his hair at the back...



After our breakfast, we waited for the coach to come and fetch us from our hotel. At this time, there was an accident happened just in front of our hotel where a lorry knocked down an old lady but my ge and I didn't manage to see what happened...

On our way to Hong Kong Disneyland... Us and our tickets!!!! My ge got Mickey and me got Minnie.. So cute..


When we reached Disneyland, the weather was bad, it was rainly heavily.. Luckily the rain didn't last long, it stopped an hour or 2... Then we proceeded to walk around the park... It was big although it is the smallest among all the Disneyland..

All the games inside are specially for young kids so don't expect anything excited in there.. But trust me it is fun.. : )

What I love any Disneyland, they allow their customers to take photos inside their shops.... (Still remember that when we will in Genting, when we took out our camera, the sales there) immediately approach us and asked us to keep it..

At about 3.30pm, there was a parade around the Disneyland... Know what before the parade, they specially intro to us an Indonesia family around the parade square.. Can you imagine how rich these family can be..

Anyway, after the rain, the weather was SUPER HOT.... There was no cloud at all, and the UV was shinning direct to us... Sob Sob... Luckily, I got my umbrella although it wasn't at much help as it can't cover my legs...

The last show of the day --- Disney in the Star... It was really romantic.. The whole show last for about 15 min but too bad there is limited space in my memory card..

It is really an enjoyable with my ge around.. The main reason is because I no need to carry any bag as I put all my stuffs in my ge's bag.. hahaha... Kidding la

Everyday when we woke up, we were having body ache all over as we walk a lot in Hong Kong.. Everyday it was about walk and walk and walk... But luckily my ge will help me to massage, my poor ge

During my 3rd day in HK, I nearly lost my eye.. Why???Because I was unable to remove my contact lens and I even broke it inside my eye.. Luckily after much tries, I manage to remove it....

The weather was really bad, to me it was even hotter than Singapore, everywhere you go, you can see people with umbrella... Luckily, I never got too tan after 5 days there

Although we do have some communication problem with the people there at times, when we speak Chinese, they can understand but when we speak English they also can't understand, it was still a happy trip..

Lastly, really thank you Ge to make this trip possible and accompany me shopping all day round without much complains.. So our next trip will be Taiwan, ok???

Will definitely come back to Hong Kong again.. 买东西，吃东西!!! Yeah!!

Hi everyone, I'm back from Hong Kong!!!! -Part 1

It was a really fun trip and I have so much to share with you guys... heehee....Took milions and milions of photos.. Hahaha.. Kidding.. But definately load of photos...

Let me now share with you our 5D4N trip in Hong Kong....

Day 1

My ge and I reached airport around 7.30 am as my dad drove us there.. So my ge and I check in early to shop around and expose around.. My ge and I found this OTO "big foot" around so both of us gave it a try.. heehee..

We reached the Hong Kong International Airport at around 2pm and we had to take their airport MRT to the arrival hall... The airport is really big...

Our hotel room.. Look nice, right? It quite big also.. They even has a small little room inside for the cupbroad and our luggage... So nice, right?? Everynight before we go to bed, we will have a cup of tea next to the window and enjoy the night view.. Its really relaxing..

After taking a short break in our room, we proceed to City Gate shopping center locater at Tung Cheung, where all the factory outlet located..When we reached there, both of us were amaze by how the factory oulets look like... As inititally we thought that it will be old, squeeze and all the goods are messy but it turn out that it just look like normal shop at shopping center.. I managed to get myself a Nike jacket at S$30!!! Cheap right?? My ge got himself a Levi's jean at S$80+ and we also got some top from Espirit...

Then we proceeded to Mongkok there to have our dinner at a steam boat resturant name "Xiao Fei Yang"... At first, we thought that the potion they serve will be same as Singapore, since over here they always serve a bit.. So we ordered a lot of food.. And we were really shocked by the potion they served... They actually serve a whole bowl of mushroom, ~10 pieces of TouFu, whole plate of beef, etc.... Even though the price was quite ex (S$60) but it really worth for the quantities they served...

Day 2

Half day city tour...

Our first stop --- 浅水湾, a place where all the rich people stay, example Jacky Chang..

The weather was really hot that day!!!!

Our second stop --太平山... The views are really nice, can see the Hong Kong Island...


Third and the last stop -->> 国际会议中心.. This is where the 10 years anniversary of Hong Kong return will be held.. (right) Its windy..

The golden... I forgot the name liao.. Which China gave to Hong Kong as a gift during 1997 HK return... (right) My ge request to take photo with the flags..

After the half day tour, we went to 尖沙嘴 & 铜锣湾 to walk around..

I found this in front of Harbour City.. "BIG" LV Bag...

We our lunch at Silvercore shopping center opposite harbour city.. It a Chinese restaurant, they are having promotion at HKG98 for 2 people.. Then we continues to walk around the area.. We realised that they have a lot of "hidden" shopping center where we need to go up the escalator.. A lot of times, we just followed the HK youngster go up the escalators.. Heehee.. But didn't get anything much that days as the stuffs were really expensive.. So in the end, I only managed to get KOSE cleansing oil at SOGO at a cheaper price compare to here..

At night, we went to the "Avenue of Stars".. But by the time we reached there, our legs were like going to break after a long days of walking...

Then we went to a 茶餐厅 recommended by a staff who is working inside YMCA international house nearby.. The food was really ex there but worth it.. Can you image the fry rice I ordered for about 10 prawns inside which cost me about HKD40

Day 3

It's a SHOPPING DAY!!!! We (I) shop like crazy... hahaha..

Before we set off.. Me sat in front of the window...

We had our breakfast at one of the 茶餐厅near our hotel..We went Wong Tai Sin after our breakfast.. Its a very famous temple there so we thought to go there to pray...

When we reached there both of us were so blur on how to pray.. Totally don't know so we just follow the people there on how they did it... My ge and I 入乡随俗 求签 but both of us only got a middle 签... I even did a Palm reading there by one of the fortune teller there.. Heehee.. Quite accurate in a way... These are the things he said about me:

• My family was quite well do when I was young but now my parents got to work quite hard.
• I'm very stubborn and don't like to take others' advise.
• Before 30, I am unable to save much money.. But after 30 I will be able to save quite a lot of money..
• I must not marry too early best will be about 28.. (anyway my ge will graduate when I am that age).. So sad.. I always wanted to marry early..
• I will meet some accident before 30 but will overcome.
• I am quite long life can easily stay to 78 years old..
• I will have 2 kids, 1 girl and 1 boy.
• I will do quite well in my career.. Will be good if I can work outside Singapore..
• My future husband is born in a good family.
• I will bring good luck to my husband..
• Must be careful in investment when I am 40 years old.
• If I will to start a business I must partner with someone.
• etc... too many to write here..

Then we went to Mongkok and start our shopping!!!Before our shopping, we went to the DBS there to exchange money.. The rate they offered was better than those money exchangers outside but we must have a DBS account else there will be some charges..

First stop, Argyle Centre just next to the MTR.. The place was a bit like bugis village like that just that it is in a shopping center.. I got myself 2 bags, 1 dress, 1 necklace and 1 shoe there.. heehee... Then we had our lunch at the nearby 茶餐厅 before we went to Fa Yuen Street.. The stuffs there are really cheap all the clothes was like less than HKG100... I got myself 3 tops, 1 skirt, 1 pair of boot, etc... heehee.... Then we went to Ladies’ Mark and I got myself another while my ge got his mum a bag there..

At the end of the days, we were really exhausted as we had a late lunch so we had some dessert first.

My ge was having a ice red bead with coconut milk and me having steam milk.. So nice...

After a day of shopping...

This was really a loooooooong post...... I will stop here first will continues again tmr.. heehee..

In less than 2 hour time, we will be on our way to HONG KONG!!! Yeah!!!

We are very early today, we reached the airport around 7.30am as my dad drove us here...

So my ge and I just window shop around the duty free shop here first.. Saw a lot of things which I really want to buy.. BUT.. I must endured can't buy it now else later my luggage will be overweight.. Hence will be getting the things I want when we are back here...

One sad thing is that my throat is not feeling very well guess got to have ulcer.. YES.. Ulcer at the throat.. So this morning I quickly apply salt at it hopefully it will get well in no time..

Guess I will stop here... Cheer....

What's going on with me...

Not sure what's going on with me this week.. Have not been feeling very well.. Although I am not down with fever or whatever, it's an on and off feeling that make me feel unwell, like feeling I'm very heaty, having stomach ache, running nose, etc.. What worse is that I simply can't sleep well these days... Just take last night example, I am sure that I did fell asleep for a while at 11 plus, but few minutes later, I suddenly woke up.. Then keep on sneezing... This thing happened quite a few time throughout the night, which mean I didn't sleep at all until 7am in the morning.. Even so I woke up at ~11am.. OMG... What's going on with me.. So I went to see the doc this morning and he gave me something drowsing to take at night.. Hopefully I will be fine in HK...

By the way, in less than 24 hours, I WILL BE ON MY WAY TO HONG KONG!!!!! Will be reaching there at about 2pm in the afternoon.. Hope it will be a fun trip for my ge and I.. Treat it as a mini honeymoon ba.. :)

Stupid Student Automated Registration System (STARS)

After "fighting" with STARS since 1.30pm till now.. I finally managed to registered all the modules but out of the 6 modules only 5 of it were my choice.. Sad... But at least settled le.. Hopefully during the add-drop period, I will be able to get that last modules of my choice, which is Microelectronic Packaging.

The stupid STARS only release like 5 vacancies every 5 minutes or so.. So I got to click like crazy for about 30 minutes to fight for the place.. After I managed to grad to 5th modules, they said I can't registered for the 6th modules as I had overloaded.. Haiz.. Hence I waited till 5 pm (the time slot for overloaded modules register), but know what.. After I clicked for about 30 minutes, I still can get that modules as no vacancies left.. Haiz.. In the end, I got Thin Film instead...

That will be my timetable for this coming semester... So far so good, as the exam date was quite well spread so I can have more time prepare for my exam... Love my school as they always make sure we won't be rush like mad during exam....

「閃」、是什麼意思？

One day when I was surfing blog, I came across this line from my ge's sister.
"哈囉、我是被家裡哥哥那對小情侶閃的亂七八糟的cc（爆）"

Seriously, I don't understand what it mean... Even when I asked my ge, he also don't know.. So I tried to ask his sister when she was online but she said this is hard to explain, it is a new term they used in Taiwan...

One day later, I got the answer:

「閃」、是什麼意思？
老哥跟姿斕有跑來問我XDXD
這個真的很難解釋。
要解釋要解釋一堆耶（爆）
「閃」、通常都是用在「情侶」上。
情侶之間、互稱戀人對方「閃光」。
例：今天我要跟我閃光去看蜘蛛人三喔（羞）或者是、
例：我們家的閃光昨天第一次做了晚餐給我吃（大心）
因為情侶不知節制的甜甜蜜蜜、
兩人之間的氣氛閃閃發光、
刺的周圍的人睜不開眼睛。
簡稱「閃」。
由「閃光」還可以帶到「去死團」。
去死團的由來是日本漫畫裡的內容。
簡單的意思就是→沒有男（女）朋友的單身人士。

One more step nearer to "Tai Tai"

Today my dear Shi Ting and I went for a relaxing SPA section at Subtle Senses. As I received a SPA voucher from standard chartered giving all the credit/debit card holder special offer. The offers are $40 SPA massage for 2 people (the cardholder and one company) and a SPA package at S398 for 8 sections of body massages cum scrub (or body mask) or facials.

Hence I asked Ting along for this treats... Do enjoy ourselves a lot.. The whole treatment last for about 90 min, with 30 min body mask and 60 min massages. The lady who massage for me also commented that my shoulder are very tight.. So in the end, I got the same outcome as the previous shoulder massage I went, which is feeling pain at those places that the "jing" are tight.. I still enjoy myself alot.

After the SPA, the person there ask if we would like to take up the package.. As it is really very cheap, Ting and I think so too.. So we took up package each. Heehee.. Whats more, I received a $50 Takashimaya voucher and they waive off the charges today.. heehee.. Also I can bring my ge along for the SPA too as the package can be shared with friends.. heehee... Then we will get the couple room.. Great right?? Anyway, I plan to bring my mum there one day..

After which, I accompany Ting to try her make to measure wedding gown with her mum. My ge joined us later.. Her gowns are really nice.. Wonder when will be my turn trying gown. Did you hear it, ge??? Btw, just now Ting's mum commented that my ge is very patient. As he sat at a corner quietly without any complains, while Ting was trying on her gown and us walking around the shop to see what gown they have there..

By the way, feeling really upset these few days... Why??? A very simple reason, I haven't got my this month (or rather 2 months) instalment from Yi yet. Worse still, he never reply my sms for the past week. Wonder is it that he is not in Singapore or he has changed his hp number.. Will try to find out... If not my last resort (which is what I really don't want to do), will be........... Haiz... Will be going to HK soon, really hope that he can pay me before I go for my trip..

My new collection...

Let me present to you, my new collection ---> 《Vampire, 利箐逆时空极品美容法》

Seriously, since young I am not someone who enjoy reading be it English or Chinese story books.. But recently year, I really enjoy reading beauty book.. This is my fifth collections.. All of the books I bought was published from Taiwan, as I personally prefer to read Chinese. Moreover books written by western might not apply to us. Reasons been we have different skin colour and climate, so what works for them may not work for us.

Back to this book.. Why did I buy this book? Firstly, 利箐 is a famous Taiwan host. I did watched shows which are host by her, every time when I saw her on TV, I can really see that she is someone who really care about her appearance. Secondly, seriously she don't look like she is 42!!!! This can prove that how well she has take care of herself. Lastly, her book come with lots and lots of goodies... Heehee.. Not those small small trial pack oh... heehee...

Today, went out with my attachment friends, Jeff and Cuiping to Orchard for window shopping as recently I had spent too much, so now am very broke... Hence, didn't manage to buy anything much today, just got myself a tube...

By the way, like to check with you girls out there, will your feet feel pain after walking in heels for few hours??? As I like to wear heels a lot, so I realised after walking for few hours or so, my feet will start to feel pain. When I get to sit down and rest awhile, the pain is worse after I stand up. Anyone encounter the same problem?

Today, I was "practicing" to be a Tai Tai.. heehee.. Kidding la..

This morning I woke up around 7 am.. OMG.... Make me feel a bit frustrated as I only managed to sleep for about 5 hours plus.. Sadly I was unable to go back to my La La land after that.. So I decided to watch ... Sotong me.. Only found out that the one I bought is VCD not DVD.. Hahaha...


Just now, when I was thinking to take down my house luggage to see.. OMG.. Its spoilt.. My mum said it was spoilt quite long ago.. So my mum asked me to get a new one and she will pay me after that... So I went to the shop nearby my house and got a new one..



So I got this one.. A 28" one.. Hahaha.. Its really very big.. Initially I just thought of getting a same side one, but when I went to the shop, I actually forgot what was the size of the old one.. So I thought the price of the 24" and 28" is only $4.. So I just got the bigger one..

In the afternoon, I suddenly had the urge to do mani- and pedi-cure.. So I went to AMK hub and got one done... Heehee.. But I spoilt it soon after it was done.. Sob Sob.. Coz normally when I went to manicure, they normally ask me to make payment before they start painting my nails.. But today this shop only collect the money from me when everything was done.. So when I was trying to reach my wallet in my bag, I spoilt it.. Haiz.... Anyway, these are the photo of my mani- and pedicure..

To add on, I was very happy when the person who did my pedicure comments that I don't have much dead skin on my feet.. Heehee.. Because I will file my feet once in a blue moon, like about once every 2 weeks or a month.. And I guess one more reason is that I seldom wear heels during this 6 months of IA..

Before meeting my ge after his work, I went to do threading for my eye brown.. As i feel that my eye brown looks real messy.. heehe.. So happy to get it done today...

On Tuesday morning I received a sms from one of my secondary classmate, Kai Wen, saying that her little cute daughter had came to this world on Monday morning.. My first reaction was quite shock as I didn't expect her to give birthday so soon.

So today, Meiqin and I went to visit Kai Wen and her cute little daughter at Thomas Medical Center...

So cute right??? Heard from Kai Wen that she refused to open her little eyes... heehee....

While on the MRT to our own destination, Meiqin and I were saying that Kai Wen is really lucky to be able to has baby at this age (24). Both of us feel that this is the most idea age to has kids.. Haiz.. We were saying that so many secondary school friends around us had already married and both of feel so old.. Yet, as compare to them, we are still studying and we don't have any income yet so we are still far away from this stage of life...





After I reached Orchard, I went straight to Cineleisure to get the ticket for .. BUT.... Again it was sold out.. Haiz... So I went down to The Cathay to try my luck.. Luckily, I was able to get 2 tickets for that...

Frankly, I found the movie was pretty average only.. I guess I will give it rating of about 3/5... As the movie do not have much exciting scenes and the storyline didn't manage to keep me in suspense in guess who was murderer..

我们的故事

还记得第一次听到光良的《妹妹》这首歌时
已经是两年前的事了。
那时我和亦之间出现了很多问题，
心情正跌入了谷底。

那时还好有“哥”常常陪在我身旁。
几乎，只要他有空或下班，他都会来陪我。
虽然，在一起时“哥”的话不多，
只是静静的坐在我身旁陪我准备考试。

有一天，
突然的在MP3里听到《妹妹》这首歌。
说实话，
在那之前根本不知道MP3里头有这么一首歌，
因为那时从Ivy哪拿了很多歌，
听也没听就放进MP3。
听到这首歌时，
仿佛听到了“哥”要对我说的话。

当中有这么一段：

“忘了他，他是个傻瓜，他不值得你还为他流泪牵挂”

不过，当时“哥”的好，让我感到很愧疚，
因为我时常对他忽冷忽热。
那时我们两的情景就好像罗志祥的《好朋友》。

我给承认当时的我对亦就是这样的。

不过，这一次我始终等不到我要的答案。
等了又等，得到的始终是失望。

经过了这么多，我很庆幸的“哥”始终没有放弃我。
纵使我的不确定常常让他伤心，
但他还是用他的一颗坚定的心守候着我、为我牺牲。
以我觉得这三首歌说的就是我们两的故事。

他曾这样的写到：

就算到了现在，读着他所为我写的信，

Sunday over!!!

Yes, Sunday was over but no Monday blues for me!!! Heehee...

Last night went to woodlands with my ge after his work... So poor thing, right? Still got to work during sunday.. Anyway, its also a way for my ge to earn more money for our coming HK trip.. :)

So after our dinner, we went for a walk around cause way point..

The part 1 and part 2 dvd.. They are selling it as a set so I bought it.. Heehee.. Actually there's a lot of shows, which I really wanted to buy but my ge stopped me so in the end this is the only one I got..

A pink PC bra set.. Isn't it look sweet..?? Heehee... Got it at a 50% discount, which was ~$30.. Cheap, right???? It was the last piece left so I got it... heehee...

Guess I won't be benefit much from this GSS as normally I buy non sales item during GSS.. Sound stupid, right?? But the sales item simply won't catch my attention ma.. Anyway, got to save a bit for my HK trip!!! Yeah!!! Hope to get some real nice and cheap goods there... heehee..

COUNTING DOWN TO OUR HK TRIP ===> 12 DAYS...

Haven't plan the itinerary yet.. Got to find a day ask my ge stay at home and discuss with me....

Today my ge and I went to Suntec city to check up the exchange rate for HK currency, as over then they usually offer higher rate than else where.. But to our disapointment this time round Hasan's place offer a better rate so will be going down next week to change as today they only operate up to 3 pm.

Before meeting Weilin at 6 pm, my ge and I went to the Sky Garden at Suntec to take some photography.... Heehee... Finally got back my camera..

My ge was trying to capture the hot air ballon at the back... He attempted a few times before sucess...

After which, we went to Orchard to meet up with Weilin.. She was late as she can't find herself a parking slot.. Initially, we wanted to watch movie but can't find a timing suitable for us so we went for dinner... After dinner, Weilin suggested that maybe we can trying up going to AMK, Yishun or Bishan to watch movie since there should have less crowd.. But when she asked her bro to help us check up the timing.. It was found that only Ceni, Vivo and Lido have the show we want.. So we headed down to Lilo but almost all the seats were taken up.... Haiz.. Hence Weilin drove us to Vivo to check up the movie... But even the 12 am slot only left with first 3 rows... With disappointment, we went to have some desert and chit chat..

It was really an enjoyable time spent with Weilin.. Chit chatting and 38-ing with her.. Too bad the rest can't join us...
